Frans Travel and Tour got its start in 1998 when a husband & wife, named Leon and Francita, decided to start their own tour company. In just 6 years, the Leon and Francita built a fleet of transportation — business was great, but overwhelming. The couple decided to pass the torch on to there son who promised to keep the business family oriented.
