Our Lady of Fatima University's main campus is located in Valenzuela, a suburb of Manila, Philippines. It manages the St. Martin de Porres building and the Our Lady of Fatima University College of Medicine building, which houses the College of Dentistry and the College of Commerce and Accountancy. Fátima University Medical Center in Valenzuela is a founding partner of the College of Medicine.

In 1996, a second university campus was established in Quezon City. Since its foundation in 1967, Our Lady of Fatima University has consistently provided high-quality education to students. After that, OLFU was started as Our Lady of Fatima College of Nursing and became an autonomous university status. Another building in the Valenzuela complex is located near the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima.
