Country Delight raises $20 Mn in Series E round

Gurugram-based dairy brand Country Delight secured $20 million in a series E funding round, led by Temasek with Rs 78.16 crore, Seviora Capital contributing Rs 57.77 crore, and participation from existing investor Venturi Partners with Rs 28.55 crore. The company, valued at approximately $819 million post-allotment, plans to raise more funds. Country Delight offers dairy products, bakery goods, and farm produce directly sourced from farms, operating in 15 cities. In FY22, its revenue grew by 69.2% to Rs 543 crore, but losses surged sixfold to Rs 186 crore.

The board at Biryani By Kilo has passed a special resolution to issue 18,086 Series C CCSP at an issue price of Rs 39,800 per share to raise Rs 72 crore or $9 million, regulatory filing sourced from the Registrar of Companies shows.

Wishlink to raise $7 Mn led by Fundmentum and Elevation

Creator-led commerce startup Wishlink is in advanced stage of raising $7 million in a new round, sources aware of the development told Entrackr. The new fundraise for the Bengaluru-based company will come after 13-14 months.
“Fundamentum is leading the new round along with participation of existing backer Elevation Capital,” said one of the sources requesting anonymity. The terms of the deal have been sealed and money is likely to come in soon.” Elevation led a $3 million seed round in the Wishlink in October last year. Several high profile angels including Vidit Aatrey, Sanjeev Barnwal, Rahul Chaudhary, Ankush Sachdeva, and Ghazal Alagh, also participated in its maiden funding round.
Founded by Chandan Yadav, Shaurya Gupta and Divyansh Ameta, Wishlink is enabling creators across social media platforms to drive commerce for brands via their personalized multi-brand storefronts. The platform has created a tech stack to drive creators from social media to brands’ websites, helping them acquire customers.

Mobile-first credit card startup OneCard, run by FPL Technologies, entered the coveted unicorn club after a $100 million round led by Temasek during the initial phase of FY23. The funding seems to have helped the firm grow its revenue by more than six times during that fiscal year. OneCard’s revenue from operations surged 6.4X to Rs 541 crore in FY23 from Rs 83.7 crore in FY22, according to its annual financial statements filed with the Registrar of Companies.
