Early in the 1990s, Dr. Scott Turansky and Joanne Miller, RN, BSN, had the idea for the National Center for Biblical Parenting. Their families collaborated in church ministry, but it soon became apparent that they had a stirring message that spoke directly to families' hearts. They had no clue how large the ministry would grow, but they were confident that their heart-centered, realistic, and biblical methodology was effective in assisting Christian families in realising their full potential.
