Together, they strengthen the case of the nearly 4.500 players, including names like Eric Dickerson and Tony Dorsett that are seeking damages in a class action lawsuit that involves head injuries. This case is currently being heard in the U.S. District Court in Eastern Pennsylvania. This case could end up in a lengthy legal battle, and potentially a ruling in favor of the plaintiffs could end up costing the Madden NFL 24 millions of dollars.
